Mrinal has 17 years of rich professional experience as a leader and coach. She is an empanelled coach with the prestigious TATA Group.
In her coaching experience of seven years, she has supported high-performing executives to become thought leaders and be driven on purpose. She has coached executives and leaders from diverse industries including banking & finance, PSUs, consultancy, KPOs, HR, Marketing, FMCG, as well as IIT-IIM alum Entrepreneurs.
She is a core team member of the IIT Roorkee Alumni mentorship program and is mentoring students of IITR.
Mrinal is passionate about supporting high-performing women executives live a full life. Through her personal experience as a leader and coach, she deeply understands the challenges and desires of senior women executives who are looking to get unstuck, while they break the shackles and constraints of stereotypes and question the status quo. This has helped her coach leaders on goals spanning from Building Unshakeable Self-belief, Assertiveness, Effectiveness and Efficiency, Emotional Intelligence, Client Delight, and Leadership presence.
